Vauxhall Victor Saloon, Series F, was introduced early in 1957 to replace the Wyvern Series EIX. Prototypes had been built since 1953. The Victor is available in two versions (Standard, Model FS, and Super, Model FD) and features a completely new body with panoramic windscreen, vertical windscreen pillars, wrapround rear window, rectangular mesh radiator grille and traditional Vauxhall flutes along the sides. The 1.507-cc four-cylinder power unit develops 54.8 bhp at 4200 rpm. Wheelbase is 8 ft 2 in. Hooded headlamp rims were added in the summer of 1957. Victor Estate Car, Model FW, was introduced in March 1958. All Victors now has hooded headlamp rims, exhaust moved from rear bumper and Newton drive two-pedal control as an optional extra.

Vauxhall Velox Saloon, Model PAS, is fitted with a completely new and attractive American-style body which it share with the Cresta (PAD) version and which features a full panoramic windscreen with a slope of 45 degrees, but with a slight curvature from top to bottom to reduce reflections, a three-piece rear window, miniature rear wing fins and slightly-cowled headlamps. The six-cylinder 2262-cc engine and the gearbox are modified versions of well-tried Vauxhall units. The Cresta, which is a more luxurious version of the Velox, has additional brightwork and fittings, and white-wall tyres.
