Built in Ipswich, Tridents have a platform chassis which can be fitted with Ford V6 or Chrysler V8 engines. With the latter delivering 240 b.h.p. the Clipper should do something over 130 m.p.h. Comprehensively equipped, it has electric windows, tinted glass, opening rear window with electric heating, reclining front seats with head restraints. There is also a Tycoon with Triumph 2500 injection engine.
