Jungla Fiat 600

Albarella Fiat 500

For three years, the body shop Savio in Turin has been building considerable quantities of the Jungla, a cute little off-road, beach and vacation car, using the engine and suspension of the Fiat 600 D. The car costs about as much as a Fiat 850 Coupe, so relatively inexpensive compared to similar vehicles.
After the success of the Jungla, of which about 700 are built per year, Savio brings out an even smaller car of the same kind on the basis of the Fiat 500: the Albarella with basket seats. For the time being however only prototypes exist.
