Produkcja pierwszej serii Aprilii zakończyła się wynikiem 9728 egzemplarzy. Wytwarzanie drugiej serii rozpoczęto 18 Sierpnia. Zmiany dotyczą głównie przekonstruowanego silnika i podwozia. Wyposażenie, które dotychczas dostępne było w wersji "Lusso", teraz montowane jest standardowo. Łącznie w tym roku powstało 4591 egzemplarzy.

Produkcja modelu Ardea ruszyła 1 grudnia. Powastało 5 egzemplarzy.

The production of the 2^nd series of Aprilia started on the 18^th of August. The engine has been redesigned: the V angle decreases from 18° 6' 40" to 17° 3' 40", the displacement increases from 1351.74 to 1486.50 cm³ by increasing the cylinder bore (72.00mm to 74.61mm) and stroke (83.00mm to 85.00mm). The power and torque raises slightly. There are also some improvements to the engine mountings, suspension lubrication (automatic) and electrical system. Only one version is now offered with the trim similar to the previous 'Lusso'. 4591 examples were built this year.

The production of the new, smaller Augusta started on the 1^st of December. 6 were made this year.

Artena series IV is larger, heavier and slower then before. The power of the engine has been decreesed to 51 bhp and the wheel base is now 318 cm. It is intended for use by senior military and political personnel, and in modified form as ambulances.

By the end of the year Astura model was discontinued. 423 examples of series IV were built. In total from 1931 2912 Asturas were made.
