Lagonda Three Litre, Series I, was announced in October 1953, following the enthusiasm for the 2½-litre Tickford-bodied Coupé of the previous year. Longer and lower than the 2½-Litre model which it replaced, the Three Litre has a full-width body with the traditional Lagonda grille. Available initially in two-door Saloon and Drophead Coupé form-a four-door Tickford Saloon was introduced in October 1954. Standard servo brakes.
