The Jaguar program is getting more and more extensive because the company likes to put together new models from existing assemblies without giving up old ones. For 1967 the third model Jaguar 420 appeared as a cross between the S-Type and the former Mark X, the Jaguar 420 G being the successor of the Mark X.Nevertheless, both the S-Type and the round 12 year old Mark 2 continues to be offered. The highlight of the brand remains the E-Type, which has been built since 1961. It is certainly not very beautiful, but extremely fast and powerful, compared to other sports cars of this size and strikingly inexpensive. The Jaguar 420 G is a high-performance touring sedan one of the fastest automobiles of its kind.
