Humber Twelve for 1936 feature minor styling changes. The Six-Light Saloon sold for £285. Engine is 1669-cc (69x110 mm) side-valve Four.
Humber Eighteen, small-bore edition of the Snipe, superseded the 16/60 of previous years. Bore and stroke are 69.5x120 mm, giving a cubic capacity of 2731 cc and an HP rating of 17.97. Brake horsepower is 65 at 3600 rpm. All six-cylinder Humbers now has independent front suspension and the cars are becoming increasingly similar to comparable Hillman models, both manufacturers being divisions of the Rootes Group. Eighteen and Snipe are available with four factory-supplied body styles; the former are £30 cheaper throughout the range.
Humber Snipe Six-light Saloon, is priced at £475. The Snipe has the same 120-mm stroke as the Eighteen but an 85-mm bore. Cubic capacity is 4086 cc, output 100 bhp at 3400 rpm and treasury rating 26.88 HP. Wheelbase for both is 10 ft 4 in, tyre size 7.50-16. Snipe Sports Saloon, selling for £550
Humber Pullman is similar in most respects to the Snipe but the wheelbase is longer, at 11 ft ¼ in. Prices are £425 for the chassis, £735 for the Limousine and Landaulette, £895 for the Sedanca Coupé and £975 for the Sedanca De Ville.
