VOLGA M 24
Heavy and solidly built like all Russian cars, the Volga saves weight by using a light alloy pushrod engine with wet cylinder liners. Front suspension is by coil springs and wishbones; half-elliptic springs make do at the rear. Brakes are servo-assisted drums. Front seats have reclining back-rests. Common market Volgas are assembled in Belgium and fitted with Peugeot diesel engines.
