A więc najświeższa gwiazda Enzo Ferrari, jeszcze bez nazwy to dwumiejscowy stylizowany przez Pinin Farina „kabriolet”, wyposażony w nowy silnik V-12 o pojemności 4 l i mocy 400 KM. A więc silnik V-12 o poj. 4 1.

Dino 196 S (#0776) (#28 Rodriguez/Rodriguez) at 12h Sebring.
196 S Dino (R.Rodriguez - P.Rodriguez) at Targa Florio finished 7th in general standing, 6tn in sport category and 3rd in 1601-2000 cc class.
Ferrari Le Mans.
FERRARI has no fewer than 13 entries, four of which are works cars, among the 55 starters. All of these cars will be powered by the 2,953 c.c. vee-12 engine. The works team open sports cars will be as raced at the Nurburgring, 1000km race, having a wishbone type of independent rear suspension evolved from that used on the current G.P. cars. Team pairings-subject to alteration, of course are Phil Hill-Ginter, Frere-Gendebien, Scarfiotti-Cabianca, and von Trips-Allison, but a substitute will be necessary for Allison, who will not be fully recovered from his Monaco accident. The nine private entries will be 250 GT coupes, four of which are entered by the North American Racing Team, and one of these will be driven by the young Rodriguez brothers from Mexico. It would not be surprising if one of these 250 GT entries proved to be the overall winner. Last year they came very close to it, finishing third, fourth, fifth and sixth behind the two winning Aston Martins.
