FVS (FV 2) może być opcjonalnie wyposażony w silnik 5,4 litra o mocy 250 KM. W październiku zaprezentowano model FV 3 o porawionej stylizacji z nowym wlotem powietrza i czterema reflektorami. Napędzany jest on większym silnikiem o pojemności 4,9 litra.
Tę samą jednostkę wykorzystano w nowej limuzynie Excellence. Zaprezentowany w Paryżu luksusowy prototyp ma czterodrzwiowe nadwozie pozbawione środkowego słupka drzwiowego.
Około 70% produkcji Facel-Vega trafia na eksport, głównie go Ameryki.

The Chrysler V-eight engined Facel Vega two-door Coupé is supplemented by the long-wheelbase Excellence using the same mechanical constituents. This has an American-style body, but the finish is excellent and performance and road-holding properties are said to be first class.
