The Hǎiyàn is not produced yet. It has probably a single-cylinder engine in the rear with 300 cc and a power of 13 hp and is just under 3 meters long.
Export to France started this year and further expansion is expected soon. Approx. price in Germany c. 15,000 DM. That 's 10,000 less than the Land Rover!
