Chevrolet do Brasil 1971
Brazil
Introduced at the end of 1968 on the Brazilian market the Chevrolet Opala is a modified Opel Rekord with Chevrolet engines. It enjoys much better reception than it had originally hoped. Soon there will be the Coupe, in addition to the four-door sedan. A new, smaller car has been already announced, to compete with the VW and the Ford Corcel and it's believed to be derived from the Opel Ascona.
