The future of Callista looked very promising, until Panhard introduced the Dyna Junior. Similar in character and performance but priced much lower it affected the sales badly. A. Monge decided to withdraw from the business. R. Rowe got himself into financial trouble leading him to commiting suicide.

The prototype Auteuil based on the Coupé du Alpes has a longer wheelbase: 235 instead of 213 cm.
