Le Mans ma szerszy wlot powietrza na masce a Missile nie ma już otworów wentylacyjnych na przednich błotnikach.

Błędy w zarządzaniu doprowadziły firmę na skraj bankructwa. René Bonnet nie był w stanie spłacić zaciągniętej od firmy Matra pożyczki. W październiku marka została przejęta przez swojego wierzyciela. Utworzono Société Matra-Sports. Na salonie w Paryżu zmodernizowany Djet pojawił się pod nazwą Matra-Bonnet.

This year the Djet is available with four engines of various power outputs from 65 to 100 bhp. The only external difference is a vent on the bonnet.
The Le Mans has a wider air intake on the bonnet and the Missile has lost its vents on the front wings.

Mismanagement led the company to the brink of bankruptcy. René Bonnet was unable to repay the loan which has been granted to him by Matra two years ago. In October, the brand was taken over by its creditors and at the Paris Motor Show a modernized Djet appeared under the new name Matra-Bonnet.
