Almost surreptitiously, a bigger, 6750 c.c. engine was fitted just a year ago and a central system for locking everything in the car by turning one key. The sheer luxury you take for granted, like the silent way it whispers along at almost any speed you choose. Rolls Royce can't meet the demand for this or the Silver Shadow which is identical except for its own radiator grille and badges. Those who prefer to ride behind that famous radiator have to part with another £125 for the privilege. No other car has such superb features in a package less than 17ft. by 6ft.
