Speed Twenty Five has a six-cylinder 3571-cc OHV engine, rated at 25.63 HP. This engine is the successor to the famous Alvis Speed Twenty. It has three SU carburettors and drive the 4.11 (or optional 4.33) rear axle through a synchromesh four-speed gearbox. The 10 ft 4 in wheelbase chassis has independent front suspension. There are also a Drop-head Coupé and a Four-light Saloon, both costing £850.
