AC Petite

Radical new model from AC - Ace, has designed by John Tojeiro twin tube chassis, attractive two seater body inspired by current Ferrari styling. All round independent suspension by transverse leaf springs and wishbones, and telescopic dampers. Power is from AC's 2-litre engine, fitted with triple SUs and putting out 85 bhp, and giving 103 mph top speed. Steering is by Bishops cam and the drum brakes are hydraulic. The four well spaced ratios are changed by a cranked central lever, and wire wheels are standard. Excellent handling encouraged by supportive bucket seats.
