Wendax 1950

Wendax is a small manufacturer from Hamburg, Germany. In the 1930s they built some motorcycles and three-wheeled vans. In 1950 they decided to build a car, to take advantage of the bad market in post-war Germany. The first model had a 398cc twin cylinder two-stroke (Ilo) engine and a primitive transmission to the righthand rear wheel. The second model, is a larger sedan with four doors. The Wendax Aero WS 750 has a 746cc Ilo twin cyl two-stroke engine and front wheel drive.

The Wendax Aero WS 750 had a 746cc Ilo twin cyl two-stroke engine and front wheel drive. Very few were made, this car got a very bad reputation. After about a year Wendax disappeared.
