VW do Brasil is the most important automobile factory in South America and the largest German foreign company. Assembly began in 1953, with the production of its own in 1957. At the beginning of July 1970 a millionth Volkswagen was produced in Brazil.
Appears the VW Sedan 1500 (Fuscão), with slightly larger rear lights and engine cover with openings for ventilation. At the end of the year the VW TL 1600 and the Karmann-Ghia TC, both with double carburetor.
