In the autumn of 1951 Ernst Loof moved into the former car Union boxes at the Nürburgring, there continues to build its Veritas 2 litre. Still came the engines from Heinkel, the coachwork by Spohn. Ever a Coupe and a cabriolet on shorter or longer chassis with 100 HP, as well as a sports car with 120 or 150 hp. prices from 21 000 DM.

In cooperation with the French company Panhard, the Veritas GmbH. brought out a small, quite delightful convertible with the mechanics of the Dyna Panhard. After the collapse of the Veritas GmbH. Lorenz Dietrich founded Dyna in Baden-Baden, which further built the Dyna-Veritas at the body factory Karl Baur (Stuttgart) until 1952 in small series (a total of 176 cars). Price: Convertible 2/2 seats of DM 8300,-.
