Vauxhall Victor Series II replaced the original edition early in the year. It is distinguishable mainly by smooth rear-door panels, full-width radiator grille with protruding oval sidelights, smooth wrapround bumpers and a reshaped bonnet.

Envoy is created by General Motors of Canada to sell British built Vauxhall Victor on the Canadian market. The Envoy models differs from the Vauxhalls in terms of trim and equipment. The saloons are available in Envoy Standard and Special trims.
