Singer Gazelle jest odmianą Hillmana Minx i Sunbeama Rapiera, ma jednak większy, 1,5 litrowy silnik. Produkowany jest jako Saloon i Convertible. Jako wyposażenie dodatkowe można zamówić m.in. urządzenie klimatyzacyjne, radio i zapalniczkę.


Following the takeover of the Singer company by the Rootes Group, production of Singer Gazelle Saloon new four-door model got underway late in 1956. Based on the Hillman Minx it feature an oval radiator grille and distinctive colour schemes to distinguish it externally, walnut veneer and leather upholstery to give interior distinction. The car feature a raised compression ratio version of the 1497-cc Singer engine. A two-door Convertible model is also available.

Mk II from the autumn 1957 have overdrive option, additional front grilles, side chrome strips and bigger fuel tanks. Estate car version also available.
