The first model of the Puma, a beautiful sports coupe based on the three-cylinder two-stroke Vemag-DKW was built in 1965 in small numbers. After the end of 1967, the Vemag-DKW died, the Puma has switched to the production of a new plastic coupe with VW engines. It uses the uprated engine of the VW 1600 with 90 bhp, which enables the two-seater to a top speed of 170 km / h. Puma GTE 1600 builts about 2 cars per day and despite their high price they are selling like hot cakes.
