For 1965 , the 17 becomes 17 Relmax Comfort S with a bench seat at the front.

Because of financial diffilcultés, the model 24 four-door, which was the successor to the PL 17 was never launched. Citroen, which now owns the Panhard concentrated on its own four-cylinder saloon.

Discontinuation of the 24c. Arrival of the long versions sedans 24b and 24bt. The 24ct receives the engine M10S. This version with higher torque was introduced in the autumn of last year and is capable 160 km/h. From 1965, the 24bt and 24ct are equipped with disc brakes all around.
