Nowe wersje 300 Sc mają wtrysk paliwa Bosch, dzięki któremu moc silnika wzrosła do 175 KM. Łatwo je odróżnić po chromowanych listwach na bokach maski. Dotychczas powstało 560 egzemplarzy modelu 300 S w wersjach Roadster, Cabriolet A i Coupe.
