Mark II jest restylizowaną wersją Mk I. Zmieniono obramowania szyb drzwiowych. Oferta obejmuje silnik 2,4 litrowy o mocy podniesionej do 120 KM, 3,4l. 210 KM i 3,8l. 220 KM.


From October 1959 all XK150 models could be supplied with the 3.8-litre (87 x 106 mm) engine, at extra cost.
