Do współpracy zaprosił inżyniera Emile Petit, który dwa lata temu skonstruował podobny pojazd dla firmy Dommartin. Pochodzący z Panharda, dwucylindrowy, chłodzony powietrzem silnik umieszczony jest z tyłu i napędza tylne koła za pośrednictwem trzybiegowej skrzyni przekładniowej i dwustopniowego reduktora.
Siedziba firmy została przeniesiona do Maroka.
This year Georges Irat completely changed direction, presenting a small all-terrain vehicle with a fully independent suspension. For the development he invited engineer Emile Petit, who two years ago made a similar vehicle for the company Dommartin. Two-cylinder, air-cooled engine is located at the rear and drives the rear wheels through a three-speed gearbox and a two-stage transfer box.
The company headquarters are now in Morocco.
