The big news for 1966 is the addition of a new engine to the lineup – a 196 cubic inch slant 4 (half of the 392 V-9) with 111 horsepower. A new 800 Sportop model with an upgraded interior is offered in both a soft top and a fiberglass fastback style and a continental spare tire kit.
