HUNTER SUPER (four-cyl.; o.h.v.; 1,725 c.c.; 74 b.h.p.; wb. 8 ft. 2½ in.)
£2,328
Demand from fleet operators who like its reliability and from export markets, especially Iran, has kept the Hunter in production, but now under the Chrysler name instead of Hillman. The Super has new brushed nylon upholstery and a modified camshaft which increases maximum torque by 5 lb. ft. for more flexible top gear performance and greater economy. The De Luxe is unchanged. Like Avengers, Hunters are now made at Linwood.
