DB 1938

Designed and built by two friends René Bonnet and Charles Deutsch in the spring the DB took part in the 12 Heures de Paris race in September. René Bonnet didn't finish the race but before he retired he managed to set a lap record. The car has a streamlined body designed by Deutsch and a modified 2-litre Citroën engine allowing the top speed of 160 km/h.
