The V12 was end of prod. this year. Cadillac Series 90 V16 was the most expensive model and sold at well over $5000. Cadillac was first with 135° V-type 16-cylinder engine. A total of 24,950 Cadillacs and LaSalles were sold in 1938 (46,153 in 1937).
