Mark III Hyper

Introduced in 1926, and produced until 1932, theHyper was the first cab with four-wheel braking. It wassubstantially smaller and lighter than its predecessors, and wasfitted with a 12.8 HP engine. It had a reputation for quicknessand maneuverability, and was nicknamed the Farthing Cab. In 1929 taxi production was moved from Scotland to Hendon, North London.
