In January Alfa Romeo introduced to the press in Vietri sul Mare (Salerno) its 1750 line of cars, which included the new 1750 Berlina saloon, the Giulia Sprint-based 1750 GT Veloce coupé, and the 1750 Spider Veloce, which replaced the original Spider 1600. All were powered by the same engine, a new 1,779 cc, 118 bhp version of the Alfa Romeo twin cam engine.

The Giulia Super has undergone a suspension update, including revised geometry and a rear anti-roll bar. The wheels are changed in size from 5J x 15 to 5J x 14.
For the 1300 TI updates includes a dashboard based on that of the Super, but with a simpler instrument binnacle, still featuring two large round instruments (speedo and tacho) and a separate fuel gauge, and the same suspension, wheel and tire updates applied to the Giulia Super.
Giulia 1600 S tipo 105.85 is basically a Giulia TI re-introduced as a lower-level model to come between the 1300 and 1300 ti on one hand, and the Super on the other. It has a re-interpretation of the 1,570 cc single-carburettor engine for 95 bhp at 5500 rpm and similar trim to the 1300 ti.

Concurrently with the replacement of the Giulia Sprint GT Veloce by the 1750 GTV, the GT 1300 Junior was revised with many of the new parts from the 1750 GTV. This includes the dashboard, the suspension and the new wheel size of 5½ × 14J instead of 4½ × 15J. This revised GT 1300 Junior, however, retains the early "step-front" body style.

The 1750 Spider Veloce was oficially introduced to the press in January in Vietri sul Mare (Salerno) along with new 1750 Berlina abd the Giulia Sprint-based 1750 GT Veloce coupé. The 1750 Spider Veloce replaces the original Spider 1600. With the new 1,779 cc, 118 bhp version of the Alfa Romeo twin cam engine the top speed rose to 190 km/h (118 mph). The car does not bear any Spider badging, just a "1750" script below the rear Alfa Romeo badge. During the production run, the side repeater lights were moved ahead of the wheel arches.
The Spider 1300 Junior was introduced in June alongside the GTA 1300 Junior competition coupé. Its 1,290 cc twin cam engine is the same used on the GT 1300 Junior coupé, and produces 89 bhp. Top speed is 170 km/h (106 mph). Mechanically the Junior differes from the 1750 only in engine displacement and output, while inside it lacks some features of the pricier model: namely opening quarter lights, centre console, and the three-spoke wood rimmed steering wheel, replaced by a two-spoke plastic rimmed one. From outside the Junior version could be recognised by its black-coloured lower front bumper and absence of plastic headlamp fairings.

The 1750 Berlina saloon was presented to the international press in January 1968 in Vietri sul Mare (Salerno), together with the 1750 GT Veloce coupé and Spider Veloce. Some days later it was displayed at the Brussels Motor Show.
It is based on the existing Giulia saloon with a longer wheelbase than the Giulia, and revised external panels, but it share many of the same internal panels. The windscreen is also the same. The revisions were carried out by Bertone. The car has a 1,779 cc engine producing 118 bhp with two twin sidedraught carburettors and hydraulic clutch.
